This Student Enrollment Agreement is entered into between SafeWay Driving School, Sugar Land, 15900 City Walk, Sugar Land, TX, and Jordan Reyes, born February 14, 2010, of 692 Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450 (the “Student”), signed by Alex Reyes as parent or guardian.
1. Your course
The Student is enrolled in SafeWay Basic for $849, which includes 10 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. This contract runs from August 7, 2026 to August 7, 2027. Instruction not completed by then expires.
2. Attendance and absences
A full hour of absence is charged when the Student does not attend the full 55 minutes of instruction in a 60-minute period. Absence in excess of 10 classroom hours ends the enrollment. Punctual attendance is required for each scheduled behind-the-wheel lesson.
3. Cancellation and refund
A full refund of all money paid is made if the Student cancels before midnight of the third business day after this contract is signed, unless the Student has completed the course or received a failing grade on the course examination. Refunds after that are prorated in accordance with TDLR rules.
4. Rules of conduct
A Student may be dismissed for tardiness, signs of drug or alcohol use, disruptive behavior, tobacco use, phone use in class or in the car, or being otherwise inattentive.
5. Communications
Scheduling confirmations, lesson reminders and required program notices go to alex@example.com and (281) 555-0143. Reminders tied to attendance and fees cannot be turned off.
6. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
By signing below, the Student, and the parent, guardian, or sponsor on the Student’s behalf, acknowledge having read and understood this entire agreement, consent to conduct this transaction by electronic means, and intend the typed signature to be legally binding.
