This Addendum amends the Student Enrollment Agreement between SafeWay Driving School and the Student. It takes effect on the date signed below and forms part of that agreement.
1. Amended terms
The terms listed above are revised as shown. Where a term is extended, the new date replaces the prior one; where a quantity changes, the new quantity applies to the remainder of the course. No previously delivered instruction is affected.
2. Effect on the original agreement
Except for the terms amended above, every provision of the original Student Enrollment Agreement, including the schedule, conduct, cancellation and refund, and governing-law clauses, remains in full force and effect. The statutory three-day cancellation right is not restarted by this Addendum.
3. Signature and consent
By signing below, the person signing acknowledges having read and understood this Addendum, consents to conduct this transaction by electronic means, and intends the typed signature to be legally binding. Where the Student is under 18, a parent or guardian signs on the Student’s behalf.
