Switch List

Things turned on from a list, in one hairline box: the words on the left and a switch at the end of each row, and a click on the words flips it. The Console grants roles and locations with it, picks a package's items and an offer's packages, and sets notifications in Settings.

Settings

Notifications, as Settings lists them. A row that cannot be turned off says so in the switch's place.
