Animated Number

A figure that changes in place counts from what it showed to what it shows now, on the reveal motion token, so a reader sees that it changed. React renders only the final value; the frames between are written into the same text node, so anything that reads the page after it settles reads the real figure, and reduced motion and screen readers get the final value at once. The Financials figures use it when the range moves.
